So I have decided to call the mixtape/EP "War and Love". This will contain five songs on each subject and will be due out around my birthday early June. The track list is as follows-
Love Side
1. War & Love- This is actually a poem I wrote and trust me, you'll be able able to tell both in the delivery and the smooth slow tempo of the song. It's a little more spoken word than rap.
2.On We Go - Sex in a more sensual meaning. It's about doing it with someone you're in love with, the entire night. This is one of like 3 songs I ever wrote without cursing. Its more R&B all around, but my parts are rap.
3. Nastiness or TBA- This song I haven't even finished writing yet and haven't fully decided on the title. It's about not only fulfilling a woman's fantasies, its the type of fantasies some women have that are the real subject. Ya'll are crazy.
4. Miss U B4 I'm Gone - Being an entertainer you have to be gone from home alot. This about being close to that person you don't want to leave, but, gotta get that paper right?
5. Complicated - About complications in a relationship with a person, a city, and a profession.
War Side
6. All I do Is Grind - About the internal and external conflicts associated with ones motivation. Mine is gettin money. Obviously I spent a great deal of days gettin it or coming up with ways to get it...
7. 2 Murderous - The death side of war. Gruesome
8. No Retreat - No retreat has a couple of meanings. 1st it is about never giving up and it gives examples. 2nd its about how "those in power" try to keep minorities down using age old war tactics such as rewriting history, disenfranchisement, bait, jail, false rewards, and self hatred.
9. Pledge Your Allegiance - Well, without sounding too cocky, I'm taking over and I will run this bitch. So get down or lay down. You Know....
10. Diplomatic Negotiations - Letting opposition know that they don't really want it with me. So this song is, again, flexing my lyrical and physical supremacy. I go amongst the song in a way as to try to stop the nonsense before it starts.
Also anyone who bought "Lyphe of Csyn" up to the 1st 1000 copies will get "War&Love" free....
